Miso Salmon with Mashed Potatoes and Mâche Frisée Salad

I made miso glazed salmon using this recipe. 


TF made mashed potatoes (but I made the Mr. Potato Head below).








I had some leftover mâche and frisée so I made some salad.  I made the dressing from olive oil, miso paste, red wine vinegar, lemon, salt, and pepper.



And some Swedish Ballerina cookies for dessert.


Just lovely.
