One Week of: Breakfasts (Seven Breakfast Ideas for a Working Girl)













Sunday: black coffee, cinnamon roll (Pillsbury), strawberries

Monday: Crispix cereal with almond milk (in a mug)

Tuesday: CoCo Wheats with raspberries

Wednesday: plain bagel with plain cream cheese (Dunkin Donuts)

Thursday: Think Thin protein bar in chocolate espresso flavor

Friday: maple brown sugar oatmeal with a spoonful of peanut butter and raspberries, coffee with almond milk

Saturday: half of a whole wheat bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and smoked salmon that I cooked in a pan for about a minute, halved strawberries
